ERS Cataloging will now start accepting your Gift Items. Here’s the information re: gifts. Please read this carefully; we don’t want any of your materials to go missing.

1. Please read the FAQ page for a definition of a gift book.
2. All items must have a barcode and school number on them. If we get items without any barcodes and school number they will be given to the Classroom Library.
3. Please limit yourself to 100 items or 2 boxes.
4. Please be sure the items are actually worth being put in your library. We get far too many gunky, dusty, useless books to process. Please consider your time in preparing/boxing the items, the warehouse’s time schlepping them back and forth and our time cataloging them.
5. Label the boxes “ERS-Fox Street- GIFT BOOKS” and put them in your school office (or wherever warehouse deliveries occur). The boxes will be picked up by warehouse staff and eventually cataloged over the summer and sent back to the school. You won’t see these items before school is out, ok?
