Ordering a New Via Software License

Generally a new license is required when you add a new Circulation Computer or New Self Check Out Station to your library. If you are ordering a new license for some other reason, you may wish to consult with Josh Mack first to make sure you really need to spend the extra money. The current price for a new license is $850.00.

To order a new license:
  1. Contact Josh Mack to notify him of your intent to order a new license.
  2. Next, place the order in SFG. Look for "Millennium Staff User License"
  3. In the purchase order notes, be sure to include a note to send a copy of the purchase order to Josh Mack so that ERS has a record of the license purchase
  4. Processing of the license order can take 4-6 weeks. Once the order has been processed, Technical Support will implement the license and contact the school to schedule a time to install the new license for you.
